What is your policy if I am running late to class?
In order to ensure we end our classes on time, we do not allow late admittance into class.
Why does it ask for a Credit Card when signing up for a FREE trial?
We require a CC to be stored on file because we have a $10 8 hour late-cancel and no show fee policy.

What Makes Yoga Box Different?
Yoga Box is a full mind and body program for targeted development for every yogi, designed so yogis can practice every single day! Therefore class consistency, student education, continued staff development are KEY components of what sets us apart.
Is Yoga Box Heated Yoga?
Our HOT YB Power Flow Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt classes are all heated starting from 90F. Our Restorative Recovery is a non-heated class, but it does eventually heat with body temperatures in the room.
Do you offer a Free Trial?
We offer new members a 3 Day Free Trial that can be used within 7 Days.
Does Yoga Box have Parking?
We currently offer parking options at most locations. Please allow 5-10 additional minutes to find street parking in the event that our parking lots are full.
Does Yoga Box have Showers?
We currently do not offer showers, the feedback we received from our studio friends and members was that showers weren’t used very often, if at all. The maintenance that comes with showers would have resulted in a higher membership fee. Instead, we opted for a much more accessible membership pricing.
Do you have a place to put my things?
We have cubbies or lockers in our lobbies to store your items. The lobbies are always locked or monitored during class time.
Do you offer Mats and Towel Rentals, Water?
We have a water fountain within the studio. We ask that you come with a bottle and towel as we do not currently sell them. We offer mat rentals for $2.
What are your Membership options?
Our unlimited membership pricing varies state to state. Please head to the location tab, select your location, and then “Pricing” to view current rates in your area. Our memberships can be used at any location. It is a month – to – month recurring agreement allowing you to cancel at any time. Please note we do require 7+ days notice for all freeze and termination requests.
We currently offer 20% off our unlimited membership for the all Active military, students, police and fire. Please contact us to activate your membership

What if I need to freeze or cancel my membership?
All membership adjustment requests (including cancellations) must be sent via email to info@yogabox.com at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment date. Please note that we typically respond to all emails within 24 hours.
What is Yoga Box Class Cancelation Policy?
Our classes often fill to capacity, therefore it is important that if you are pre-registered for a class, that you attend that class. This will ensure that as many students as possible are able to take their desired class. We have an 8 hour grace period for you to cancel your class. If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class start time, you will incur a $10 no-show/late cancel fee.
How do I sign up for the 3 free classes?
Just head to our trial registration page by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page to activate your trial. Please note you will need to add a Credit Card before booking your first FREE class. This is because we have a $10 late cancellation (within 8 hours) and no show fee.
Is there an age requirement to practice at Yoga Box?
Our minimum age requirement is 12-years old. Students between the ages of 12 and 15 are not permitted to attend heated classes. Those 12 to 15 must practice with a parent or guardian. You have to be at least 16 to take a heated class. All minors (under 18) must have a parent waiver signed prior to practicing (the parent or guardian must sign the waiver in person at a studio).
